Do you think it's overrated?

I think the books have gone progressively worse, and that the story line is too complicated and boring.

I like the books (don't get me started on the movies though) they've got a good plot, well developed characters and a not to far fetched storyline. (if you ignore the fact theyre all wizards)

Order of the Phoenix and before were good. The newer ones are boring.

I didnt like the fact that it was basically all about harry, but I thought that it was a good idea that they left hogwarts in the deathly hallows. I agree with ninethousandandone, the films are rubbish compared with the books.
